Job Description

Location: Old Sanghvi, Pune
Department: Automation / Control Systems
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our automation team as a PLC & SCADA Trainee. The candidate will get hands-on exposure to industrial automation systems, including PLC programming, SCADA configuration, and control panel interfacing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in programming, testing, and commissioning of PLC systems.
Support SCADA system configuration and development for monitoring and control.
Troubleshoot and debug automation systems under supervision.
Assist in preparation of technical documentation and reports.
Work closely with senior engineers to understand automation processes.
Learn and follow safety protocols in industrial environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
Basic understanding of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar).
Basic knowledge of SCADA systems (WinCC, Wonderware, or similar).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Internship or academic projects in PLC/SCADA or industrial automation.
Understanding of industrial networks (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
Familiarity with HMI development and control panel wiring.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
