IBM ACE Operations Support

Job Description

What awaits you/ Job Profile Manage, monitor, and maintain IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) environments. Monitor API execution using AWS CloudWatch, collecting and analyzing metrics to ensure optimal performance and availability. Provide operational support for integration solutions, ensuring high availability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IBM ACE and associated middleware. Experience in ESQL/OracleDB and Core Java. Proficiency in SOAP and REST Web services, both exposing and consuming. Experience with connectors for databases, file handling, and MQ integration. Knowledge of on-premise and cloud integration. Experience in message flows, message sets, and transformation logic. Collaborate with development teams to deploy and manage integration solutions. Apply ITIL best practices for incidents, problem, and change management to ensure efficient and effective operations. Perform regular system health checks and maintenance activities. Document operational procedures and support processes. Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying issues affecting operations. Perform detailed problem analysis to develop effective solutions and preventive measures. What should you bring along Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in monitoring tools like IBM ACE tracing, Grafana, IBM Monitoring Events or relevant monitoring tools. Deployment Knowledge in GitHub. Must have technical skill Hands-on experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM Integration Bus (IIB). Proficiency in managing and administering middleware environments. Experience with monitoring and logging tools. Experience in ITIL Tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy or relevant Incident Management tool Understand Agile methodologies and hands-on experience using Jira, Confluence or similar agile project management tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Domain background in Financial Services/banking. Good to have skills Certification in IBM IIB.
