Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Sales Consultant for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. As an IAM Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing tailored sales consulting, and delivering effective solutions to meet client expectations. Daily tasks will include engaging with clients to ensure satisfaction, building strong relationships, providing expert consulting services, and contributing to the overall growth of DigiTaiken. As a critical team member, you will play a key role in expanding and driving our IAM business segment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and strong expertise in developing and delivering sales strategies
• Demonstrated ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and maintain productive relationships
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Customer Service and handling client interactions effectively
• Strong Consulting skills with the ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on achieving collective goals
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a relevant field
• 4-8 years experience in identity and access management or related fields is a plus
