Role Overview: As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Sales Consultant at DigiTaiken, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing tailored sales consulting, and delivering effective solutions to meet client expectations. Your daily tasks will include engaging with clients to ensure satisfaction, building strong relationships, providing expert consulting services, and contributing to the overall growth of DigiTaiken. You will play a critical role in expanding and driving the IAM business segment. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client needs and provide tailored sales consulting - Deliver effective solutions to meet client expectations - Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction - Build strong relationships with clients - Provide expert consulting services - Contribute to the overall growth of DigiTaiken's IAM business segment Qualifications: - Proficiency in Sales Consulting and strong expertise in developing and delivering sales strategies - Demonstrated ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and maintain productive relationships - Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience in Customer Service and handling client interactions effectively - Strong Consulting skills with the ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable solutions - Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on achieving collective goals - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a relevant field - 4-8 years experience in identity and access management or related fields is a plus Role Overview: As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Sales Consultant at DigiTaiken, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing tailored sales consulting, and delivering effective solutions to meet client expectations.
