With a strong focus on tech-driven logistics solutions, we empower businesses and consumers to ship better, faster, and cheaper.Role Overview:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive (Calling Role) to join our B2C logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with leads and potential customers over the phone, explaining our logistics solutions, and converting inquiries into active users.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective B2C customers from the lead database.Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of Shipease's logistics solutions clearly and confidently.Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and quotations.Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, or email.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.Maintain accurate records of calls, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM tools.Work closely with the operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client activation.Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in any discipline.0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer support roles.Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English.
