Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HVAC Technician Supervisor. The HVAC Technician Supervisor will oversee daily technical operations, coordinate maintenance and repair schedules, and ensure HVAC systems function efficiently. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting routine preventive maintenance, overseeing installation tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety and EPA regulations. The role requires effective team coordination and collaboration with other departments to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting of HVAC systems and resolving operational issues
• Knowledge of Plumbing systems and Preventive Maintenance procedures
• Understanding of Electricity and hands-on experience with electrical components related to HVAC systems
• Familiarity with EPA standards and practices
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Relevant certifications or licenses related to HVAC systems or EPA compliance preferred
• Previous experience in supervising technicians and managing maintenance tasks
