Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for the role of Non-Food Department Supervisor, located in Bengaluru North. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the non-food department, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the timely display of products. Key duties include staff supervision, implementing merchandising strategies, monitoring sales performance, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also requires maintaining store standards, adhering to company policies, and supporting inventory control processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail store management, particularly in non-food product categories
• Skills in inventory management, stock control, and merchandising
• Effective leadership and team supervision skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in using retail management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments and willingness to take initiative
