Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an HVAC Supervisor, based in Kelambakkam. The HVAC Supervisor will oversee the daily operations, installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities include supervising team members, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, conducting diagnostics, scheduling preventative maintenance, and preparing reports. The role will require proactive problem-solving as well as communication with clients and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HVAC systems, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) principles
• Leadership, team management, and people coordination skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and energy-efficient technologies
• Effective communication skills for client interactions and internal reporting
• Ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions promptly
• Previous experience in facilities management or building services is an advantage
• Degree or technical certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
