Key Responsibilities of HVAC Service Manager at Evapoler Supervision: Oversee the work of service technicians, ensuring they install, repair, and maintain Air washers, AHUs and ventilation systems installed at clients' site in a proper manner. Customer Relations: Attending calls of customers and replying to service-related mails to address inquiries and resolve complaints. Also Team Management: Assign complaints to service technicians in an efficient manner, ensuring each customer complain or new installation is completed within the given time frame. Operational Oversight: Manage daily service operations, including scheduling service appointments. Quality Assurance: Monitor service performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Sharing Quotations: AMC offers, spare parts quotations to be shared with clients on a regular basis. Qualifications B.E. Mechanical/ Diploma
