HVAC Service Manager

In this role at Evapoler, as an HVAC Service Manager, you will have the following responsibilities: - **Supervision**: You will oversee the work of service technicians, ensuring they install, repair, and maintain Air washers, AHUs, and ventilation systems at clients' sites in a proper manner. - **Customer Relations**: It will be your responsibility to attend calls from customers, reply to service-related emails to address inquiries, and resolve complaints effectively. - **Team Management**: You will need to assign complaints to service technicians efficiently, ensuring that each customer complaint or new installation is completed within the given time frame. - **Operational Oversight**: Managing daily service operations, including scheduling service appointments, will be part of your daily tasks. - **Quality Assurance**: You are expected to monitor service performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. - **Sharing Quotations**: You will be responsible for sharing AMC offers and spare parts quotations with clients on a regular basis. Qualifications required for this position include a B.E. in Mechanical or Diploma in a related field.
