Mechanical Fitter

As a skilled Fitter, your role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will work with wiring, circuits, breakers, and electrical components while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment. - Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical codes. - Diagnose electrical issues and troubleshoot faults in wiring and components. - Test electrical systems for safety, continuity, and efficiency. - Install and repair lighting fixtures, outlets, circuit breakers, and transformers. - Follow local and national electrical codes and safety regulations. - Collaborate with other construction and maintenance professionals as needed. - Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as an electrician or in a related field. - Diploma, certification, or apprenticeship in electrical work. - Valid electrician's license (if required in your location). - Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and troubleshooting techniques. - Familiarity with electrical codes and safety regulations. - Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and stand for long hours. - Ability to diagnose and fix electrical issues effectively.
