Role & responsibilities Perform maintenance and servicing of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Prepare detailed call reports and coordinate with other technicians to complete maintenance and project work. Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and related equipment. Identify maintenance risks on various equipment and take preventive actions. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems. Respond to emergency repair needs promptly and efficiently. Maintain daily logs and records of all maintenance activities. Ensure all work complies with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance. Must be able to communicate and write in Bengali , Hindi , and English (particularly for writing Field Service Reports). Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Hands-on experience with tools and equipment used in AC and refrigeration maintenance.
