As an HVAC Technician, your primary responsibility will be to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various HVAC systems including Centralized Chillers (Air-Cooled & Water-Cooled), Air Handling Units (AHU), DX Units, Split ACs, Cassette ACs, Ductable ACs, VRV/VRF Systems, Air Washers, Ventilation Systems, and Vapor Absorption Machines. You will be required to diagnose and troubleshoot faults in compressors, fans, motors, sensors, refrigerant systems, and control panels. Monitoring and logging critical parameters such as pressures, temperatures, and voltages will be essential, along with maintaining accurate records. In addition, you will be responsible for replacing or topping up refrigerant, oil, and filters as per OEM guidelines. Coordination and supervision of junior technicians/helpers, ensuring compliance with site safety procedures and permit-to-work systems, responding promptly to client/emergency calls, and preparing service reports, maintenance records, and checklists will also be part of your duties. You may also need to assist in shutdown/start-up procedures, overhauling, and project installations.
