HVAC Sales Engineer

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into business by offering customised HVAC and managing end-to-end sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on qualified leads shared by the marketing team and drive maximum conversions.
• Visit client factories/sites for assessment and educate customers on company products and cooling solutions.
• Perform heat load calculations to determine required air volume and system capacity.
• Prepare duct layouts using AutoCAD based on site requirements.
• Create and share accurate quotations with active prospects within defined timelines.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to improve conversion rates and close deals.
• Update the CRM system with all customer interactions, site details, and sales progress.
• Build and maintain healthy client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Share daily lead status and follow-up reports with the management team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC / cooling industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and heat load calculations.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for duct layout preparation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to build rapport and manage long-term client relationships.
