As an HVAC Purchase Assistant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and purchasing HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies. Your responsibilities will include: - Researching and evaluating suppliers - Preparing purchase orders - Maintaining accurate records - Communicating with stakeholders - Monitoring inventory levels - Tracking orders - Resolving discrepancies or quality issues with suppliers - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Engineering and Operations Qualifications required for this role include: - BE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent - 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing - Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) - Familiarity with procurement software and inventory management systems - Analytical and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment The company offers paid sick time as a benefit, and the job is full-time with a day shift schedule.
