HVAC Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Project Engineer with specific expertise in chiller systems to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end execution of chiller-based HVAC projectsensuring timely delivery, technical compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and understand project specifications, technical drawings, and BOQs related to HVAC systems with a focus on chillers (air-cooled/water-cooled).

Plan and oversee the installation, commissioning, and performance testing of chiller systems in commercial and industrial projects.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Select HVAC equipment (chillers, pumps, AHUs, cooling towers, etc.) based on project requirements and ensure procurement timelines are met.

Conduct load calculations, system design reviews, and provide technical solutions during project execution.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Supervise site activities to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Maintain project documentation including daily reports, testing reports, and O&M manuals.

Support the service team during post-installation handover and troubleshooting if required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in executing HVAC projects with a strong focus on chiller systems.

Technical Skills:

Sound knowledge of chiller systems (central plants, variable primary/secondary systems).

Familiarity with HVAC codes and standards (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, SMACNA).

Proficient in AutoCAD and HVAC design tools (e.g., HAP, Carrier software).

Ability to interpret technical drawings and implement them on-site.

Soft Skills:

Excellent project coordination and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Willingness to travel to project sites across South India.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
