HVAC Procurement Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Procurement Executive with strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, AutoCAD design understanding, measurement analysis, costing, and procurement of HVAC and related electrical works.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on HVAC drawings and specifications.
• Analyze AutoCAD HVAC drawings for quantity take-offs and procurement planning.
• Perform measurement analysis, rate analysis, and cost estimation for HVAC projects.
• Handle procurement of HVAC systems including:
• VRV / VRF systems
• Chillers (Air-cooled & Water-cooled)
• Ducted / Ductable Units
• AHUs, FCUs, Ventilation systems
• Associated Electrical Works
• Identify and finalize vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Coordinate with design, project, and site teams for material requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders and track material delivery schedules.
• Ensure materials comply with technical specifications and project timelines.
• Maintain procurement documentation, vendor records, and MIS reports.
• Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Proficiency in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and costing.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD HVAC drawings.
• Understanding of measurement analysis and rate analysis.
• Experience in procurement of HVAC and electrical materials.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• HVAC certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in MEP / HVAC contracting companies.
• Hands-on exposure to VRV, VRF, Chiller-based projects, and large commercial buildings.

Pay: ₹35,899.05 - ₹45,148.63 per month
