HVAC Procurement Executive

As a Procurement Specialist for HVAC items, your role involves sourcing and purchasing a variety of items such as AHUs, VRVs, copper pipe insulations, ADP ducts, grills, diffusers, and MS pipes. You will be responsible for establishing relationships with reliable suppliers, evaluating and selecting vendors, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Your negotiation skills will be crucial in securing the best deals and terms with suppliers. It will be your duty to monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking and guarantee availability while tracking expenses, managing budgets, and implementing cost-saving strategies. Ensuring that all materials meet required specifications and quality standards is essential, as well as maintaining accurate records of procurement activities and preparing regular reports. Collaboration with project teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely delivery is also a key aspect of your role. Qualifications required for this role include a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and 2 to 3 years of experience in HVAC procurement or a related field. Strong skills in negotiation, vendor management, organization, and communication are necessary. Additionally, knowledge of HVAC systems and materials will be advantageous for this position.,
