Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HVAC Estimator located in Pune. The HVAC Estimator will be responsible for estimating HVAC, plumbing, and piping services for various construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing detailed cost estimates, reviewing project specifications, managing project timelines, budgeting, and coordinating with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in estimating HVAC, plumbing, and piping services
• Strong project management and budgeting skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and coordination skills with project stakeholders
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Relevant experience with HVAC estimation software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
