Job Title(position) Service engineer Job Location Surat Company Profile :- BROAD Air Conditioning India Pvt. Ltd. is one of the BROAD group companies amongst BROAD USA, BROAD Europe etc. BROAD India established in year 2016 while we are serving Indian customers since year 2001. BROAD Air Conditioning Co. Ltd. established in 1988 and its headquarters is in Changsha, China. BROAD supplies non-electric central air conditioning (Absorption Chillers) powered by natural gas, fuel or waste heat, Power efficient oil free chiller(Magnetic bearing compressor), with packaged water distribution system.   Experience 2~3 year work experience(Priority with service experience in absorption chiller industry / refrigeration industry / HVAC industry / heavy industry; such as electrical control / building control system / electromechanical device maintenance service)  Work Details & Responsibilities 1) Do well basic services and achieve service quality & target, promote energy saving services and EMC, sign AMC and sales of spare parts. 2) Maintain user relationship, know well the operation condition of every chiller unit in the responsible area, achieve the good service satisfaction. 3) Standard machine room build-up, supply standard service to users. 4) User system and application information collection & analysis. 5) Write professional service report after site service, edit professional service proposal and communicate with customer to promote. 6) Supply training to users, organize user summit regularly. 7) Perform as Per KPI/ KRA  Skills required  1) Good soft skills(English language, communication, mail writing & proposal making ); 2) With the related field work experience, such as electrical engineer, electrical technician in chiller, motor, elevator, generator set, etc. 3) Capable to operate and service PLC control system.
