Key Responsibilities: • Review HVAC drawings, BOQs & specs as per CPWD/NBC/ASHRAE/IS codes. • Load calculations, equipment selection & HVAC layout review. • Supervise installation, testing & commissioning of AHU, FCU, VRV/VRF, ducting, ventilation, chillers, pumps, etc. • Coordinate with civil/electrical/plumbing/fire teams for smooth execution. • Ensure quality, safety & compliance with govt standards. • Conduct inspections, material checks & maintain QA/QC documents. • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports & attend site meetings. • Troubleshoot issues and ensure proper system commissioning before handover. Skills: • Strong HVAC design & execution knowledge. • Govt tendering/specification understanding. • Skilled in AutoCAD, HVAC software & MS Office. • Good communication & site coordination skills. Qualification: • Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. • HVAC certification preferred. • Experience in CPWD/PWD/PSU projects is an advantage.
