Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Installation :
HVAC Technicians install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, electrical wiring, and refrigeration lines, following blueprints and specifications.
Maintenance :
They perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing filters, to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
Repair :
They diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration problems.
Troubleshooting :
They use their knowledge and diagnostic tools to identify the root cause of system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
Customer Service :
They communicate with clients, explain system issues, provide maintenance advice, and recommend potential upgrades.
Record Keeping :
They maintain detailed records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, electrical and mechanical systems, refrigeration, and control systems.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
Customer Service Skills:
Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
