RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE ASSISTANT Female Job Description : The Receptionist cum Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of an organization's front desk operations while providing administrative support to various departments. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees so creating a positive and welcoming impression is must. In addition to receptionist duties, the role involves handling administrative tasks to assist in the efficient operation of the office. Qualifications and Skills : Technical diploma or any Graduate, additional qualifications in office administration is a plus. Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles is beneficial. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email. Strong organizational and time management skills. Customer-oriented and ability to provide exceptional customer service. Multitasking and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
