Job Summary:

The Commercial Budgeting Executive will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and analyzing budgets and forecasts to support business decision-making. The role involves close collaboration with finance, sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure effective cost control and commercial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare annual and quarterly budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
Monitor budget performance against actuals and provide variance analysis.
Support commercial teams in pricing, cost estimation, and profitability analysis.
Work with department heads to collect and consolidate financial data for budget preparation.
Assist in preparing management reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support implementation of financial controls.
Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
Support audit and compliance requirements related to budgeting and financial planning.
Maintain documentation and ensure data accuracy in budgeting systems or ERP tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum
Graduation in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience
in budgeting, financial analysis, or commercial finance.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling (experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
