Huake Engineering serves a variety of industries with professional planning, design, engineering construction, system debugging, and parameter testing services.

Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Engineer at Huake Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for HVAC system design, maintenance, and repair tasks related to cleanroom equipment like FFU and HEPA/ULPA filters. The role will involve utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for projects.



The HVAC Engineer is responsible for the design review, installation supervision, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC and cleanroom systems — ensuring performance, safety, and compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Design & Planning
  • Review HVAC drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications
  • Work with design team for load calculation and equipment selection
  • Use CAD tools for layout changes and coordination drawings
  • Support preparation of method statements and work plans
2. Site Execution & Supervision
  • Supervise installation of:
  • AHUs, FFUs, HEPA/ULPA filters
  • VRF/VRV and DX systems
  • Exhaust & fresh air systems
  • Ducting, insulation, diffusers & dampers
  • Chilled water / refrigerant piping
  • Ensure execution as per ASHRAE / SMACNA / IS standards
  • Monitor contractor workmanship and site quality
3. Testing, Commissioning & Maintenance
  • Assist in pressure testing, flushing, charging, and commissioning
  • Support air balancing, filter validation and performance testing
  • Diagnose and resolve HVAC faults and equipment breakdowns
  • Prepare preventive maintenance plans
4. Quality, Safety & Documentation
  • Inspect materials as per approved submittals
  • Ensure site safety and compliance practices are followed
  • Prepare DPRs, checklists, measurement sheets and as-built data
  • Coordinate snag rectification and project close-out documents
Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
  • 2–6 years’ experience in HVAC / cleanroom / industrial projects
  • Knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD required; Revit is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of filters, cleanroom standards, and airflow design preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
