Position Overview

We seek a motivated soft skills trainer to join our L&D team. The ideal candidate will facilitate curricula, foster personal development, and cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset. They deliver engaging sessions to enhance soft skills and leadership in students.

Key Responsibilities

• Classroom Delivery: Lead interactive training sessions using diverse teaching techniques, fostering a positive learning environment for student engagement and personal growth. Align content with industry trends and address specific audience needs.
• Assessments and Feedback: Regularly assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance skills and performance.
• Mentorship and Guidance: Mentor students exploring entrepreneurial ventures or related career paths.
• Collaborative Initiatives: Collaborate with faculty, departments, and organizations to integrate the training program into the college's curriculum and extracurricular activities.

Education
