Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR for our International Business division to oversee the night shift operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions during the night shift, ensuring smooth operations, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Location: Ahmedabad


Other requirements:

Ready to sign a bond for 3 years.

Open to work from 7:00 pm to 4:00 am. (Night Shift)



  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for night shift employees. Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Monitor employees' activities during night shift, and provide timely feedback to Management.
  • Manage the recruitment process for International Business positions, including screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Manage the employee life-cycle of the employees specifically for night shift employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Communicate and enforce HR policies, procedures, and guidelines specifically for night shift employees.
  • Monitor employee attendance specifically for night shift employees and ensure that they adhere to the shift timings allotted to them, manage leave requests, and address attendance-related issues.
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment during the night shift.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale during the night shift.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation. Provide regular updates to senior management on HR-related matters, specifically for night shift employees.
  • Knowledge and experience in immigration processes for employees would be preferable.

  • This position requires working during night shifts.


Qualification:

MBA -HR or equivalent degree with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in corporate HR.

Must have good exposure in Recruitment, specifically for senior positions
