Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews. Support onboarding and induction of new hires. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Help in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Assist with payroll inputs and HR documentation. Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related tasks. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. Qualifications: MBA in HR preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
