Job Title: HR Business Partner Consultant – Trainee Experience: 0–12 months (Freshers or up to 1 year of experience) Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (in-hand) Location: On-site, Kalkaji, New Delhi About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Business Partner (HRBP) Consultant – Trainee to support core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and documentation. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals looking to kickstart or build their early HR career in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes Support onboarding and induction activities Maintain and update employee records and documentation Track attendance, leaves, and other HR metrics Support performance review cycles and employee feedback processes Coordinate HR operations and employee engagement initiatives Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and documentation abilities Basic understanding of HR functions and willingness to learn Graduation in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Kalkaji, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Human resources management: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
