This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a fast-paced ed-tech environment.​ 🔧 Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Partnering Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Provide input on long-term workforce planning. 2. Talent Management Support succession planning, talent reviews, and career development initiatives. Help identify high-potential employees and support their growth. 3. Employee Relations Act as a trusted advisor to resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances. Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies. 4. Performance Management Guide managers on setting goals, giving feedback, and conducting appraisals. Promote a performance-driven culture. 5. Organizational Development Drive initiatives for organizational change, culture transformation, and team effectiveness. Facilitate workshops or interventions to boost engagement and collaboration. 6. Workforce Analytics Use HR data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Provide insights on turnover, engagement, and productivity. 7. Change Management Partner with leadership to manage transitions (e.g., restructures, mergers). Communicate and implement change initiatives effectively. 8. Compensation and Benefits Support Advise managers on compensation decisions aligned with internal equity and market benchmarks. Support annual compensation reviews and benefit programs. 9. Compliance and Risk Management Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies. Educate leaders and employees on legal and ethical standards. 10. Leadership Coaching Coach leaders and managers to enhance leadership effectiveness and team performance.
