Job Description

Role Overview:

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
Technical Hiring:
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for roles in SAP C4C, SuccessFactor, SharePoint Developer AWS DataBricks Developer and other IT positions , etc.
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and employee referrals for talent acquisition.
Screening & Assessment:
Conduct technical and HR screening to assess cultural fit and technical competency.
Coordination:
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers; ensure timely feedback.
Offer Management:
Negotiate offers and handle pre-joining formalities.
Database Management:
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Employer Branding:
Promote the organizations culture and values to attract top IT talent

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of IT technologies and job roles
Experience using
ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Talent sourcing through
LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and GitHub
Recruitment analytics and reporting
Stakeholder management and coordination.
