About the Role

This role combines people management with project execution. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well, and can lead internal teams to meet client delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee hiring, onboarding, and documentation
  • Coordinate between CEO, COO, project manager, and departments
  • Ensure timely delivery of website, branding, and content projects
  • Assign work to teams and track progress
  • Conduct weekly reviews with internal teams
  • Manage performance evaluations and HR records
  • Handle client follow-ups and communication coordination
  • Improve operational processes and SOPs

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong communication & leadership
  • Understanding of digital marketing / software / web design work
  • Excellent follow-up and task management
  • Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
  • Good English proficiency
  • Experience in HR or project coordination preferred

Qualification:

• MBA / BBA / HR / Project Management / Any relevant degree
