Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Project Manager, located in Pune. As a Human Resources Project Manager, you will oversee HR-related projects, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include managing HR key projects , implementing strategic HR initiatives, analyzing data to drive HR decisions, and supporting workforce development activities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and contribute to overall business success .

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in HR Project Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Strong skills in HR Management and development processes
• Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively
• Experience in using HR tools and technology is a must
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in HR management or project leadership roles is preferred
