Support organizational design and workforce planning using tools like Orgvue.
Manage HR transformation activities for corporate functions transitioning to Global Capability Centers.
Collaborate with HR leaders on talent selection, role clarity, joiners/leavers, and downstream HR activities.
Track project timelines, manage stakeholders, and report progress via dashboards.

Required Skills:

Strong project management & stakeholder management experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
MS Excel & PowerPoint proficiency. Orgvue knowledge desirable.
HR industry experience (minimum 6 years).
