We're offering a unique People Operations Internship where you'll work closely with the founding team and contribute across HR, organisational strategy, and internal operations. Enthusiastic students pursuing BBA/MBA who want to build their skills in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations are encouraged to apply.

📌 Role: People Operations Associate (Intern)

🗓️ Start Date: 1st Aug 2025

📍 Location: Remote

⏳ Commitment: Fulltime or Part Time(3–4 hours/week)

💰 Compensation: This being a learning focused opportunity, it offers no financial remunerations(Unpaid), However you will gain an experience certificate on successful completion.

🎓 Duration: 3-4 months

You will get to learn how to use Slack Automations and HR Tools, and get an opportunity to apply your soft skills.

💼 What You’ll Work On:

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and engagement processes

• Help structure and document internal HR practices

• Maintain HR records and track intern progress and feedback

• Collaborate on organizational strategy initiatives with the core team

• Support internal communication and coordination

• Research tools, programs, or funding opportunities that support growth

• Participate in culture-building and productivity discussions

• Complete relevant HR learning material

• Create weekly reports and attend check-ins
