Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Thane. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for handling HR management and operations, managing employee relations, and developing and implementing HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing hiring processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting the overall HR strategy to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) management and HR operations
• Strong skills in employee relations and HR policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR role is highly desirable
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
