Role-Human Resources Manager(Factory)

Location -

CTC - Completive Salary (Decent hike on Current CTC)

We need an experienced Factory HR Manager to handle all HR functions, maintain discipline, manage manpower, ensure compliance, and support smooth factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance

• Plan manpower, hire workers and staff, and handle training and orientation

• Maintain employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure discipline

• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, factory act, ESI, PF, and statutory requirements

• Manage performance evaluations, KPIs, and training programs

• Oversee attendance, shifts, overtime, and payroll documentation

• Build strong HR processes, SOPs, documentation, and MIS reports

• Lead the HR and admin team and ensure efficient support across the factory

Requirements

• 4+ years of factory or industrial HR experience

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and payroll

• Experience with blue-collar and supervisory workforce

• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage pressure and large teams

• Strong organizational and documentation skills
