Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kankipadu for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, coordinating staff training programs, handling employee grievances, and maintaining HR records.
