Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Manager. The role is on-site, based in Motihari. The Human Resources Manager intern will be responsible for assisting in recruitment processes, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with policies, and coordinating training programs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining employee records and supporting HR initiatives that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in recruitment and employee relations
• Proficiency in HR policies, compliance, and labor laws
• Ability to coordinate and manage training and development programs
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with HR software and tools is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
