About The Role

Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Lead within an IT services or technology firm.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and project-based resource management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS, ATS, and MS Office tools.

- Coordinate with project managers to allocate suitable resources to client projects based on skillsets, availability, and business priorities.
- Oversee workforce planning to ensure optimal utilization of employees across multiple projects.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisals, and career development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and organizational policies.
- Handle employee relations, conflict management, and grievance resolution.
- Support training and development programs to enhance the technical and soft skills of employees.
- Collaborate with management on compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
