About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team at Zartek Technologies. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our human resources strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensuring the optimal utilization of our workforce across multiple projects. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with project managers, senior leadership, and employees to foster a positive work environment, drive employee engagement, and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Lead within an IT services or technology firm.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and project-based resource management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, ATS, and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of labour laws, statutory regulations, and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices aligned with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with project managers to allocate suitable resources to client projects based on skillsets, availability, and business priorities.
  • Oversee workforce planning to ensure optimal utilization of employees across multiple projects.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisals, and career development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict management, and grievance resolution.
  • Support training and development programs to enhance the technical and soft skills of employees.
  • Collaborate with management on compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
