Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Lucknow. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.
