Human Resources Intern

As a Human Resources Intern at YourFitPath, you will be joining our dynamic team in Mumbai, Delhi, Kollegal, Kolkata, Nagar, Bhopal, or Indore. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources management. Your role will involve supporting various HR functions, ranging from recruitment to employee relations, and playing a crucial part in shaping our organizational culture. This internship aims to kickstart your career in a supportive environment. Please note that this is a remote, part-time internship lasting for 6 months, and it is unpaid. There is a possibility of a full-time offer based on your performance during the internship. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting preliminary interviews and background checks. You will also support the HR team in implementing employee engagement strategies, handling day-to-day inquiries, and maintaining employee records in compliance with data protection regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate in organizing training sessions and workshops for continuous employee development and contribute to diversity and inclusion programs to foster an inclusive workplace culture. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in talent acquisition processes, a deep understanding of employee relations principles, familiarity with applicant tracking systems, and skills in HR analytics. It is essential to have the ability to assist in compensation and benefits management, knowledge of diversity and inclusion initiatives, experience with performance management systems, and competence in labor law compliance.
