Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Surat. The Human Resources Intern will assist with daily HR tasks such as managing HR policies, supporting employee benefits administration, managing personnel files, and helping with recruitment and onboarding processes. The intern will also aid in HR management tasks, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
