Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Intern will assist in day-to-day HR operations, including managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will be involved in various HR activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining employee records. The role offers hands-on experience and an opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus
