Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, and supporting personnel management tasks. Day-to-day tasks will include managing HR documentation, coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, and supporting any other HR-related tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Policies, and HR Management
• Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in an HR role or internship is beneficial
