Duties and Key Responsibilities-
? Assistance with Recruitment
? Assistance with Training Management
? Assistance with launching HR Policies
? Onboarding and Induction for new joinees
? Employee Engagement
Experience, Qualifications & Skills -
? Fresher/ Student from any Graduation Degree with a preference for
BBA/ MBA
? Should be willing to work for 5-6 hours in a day, Monday to Saturday.
? Fluent in English
? Good interpersonal skills and ability to work.
? Good at documentation and reporting skills.
? Good computer skills MS Office and Working on CRM tools.
? Proactive and self-motivated.
? Humility, honesty, transparency, integrity and the ability to maintain
confidentiality.
