Ohhpro Junction is an integrated Housing Society Management Super App that creates a user-friendly experience for residents, society administrators, committee members, and security staff. The app facilitates easy communication between homes and the main gate through various features such as advanced visitor management, home services, emergency management, and helpdesk. Additional features include connect with the community, communication tools, and maintenance and payments handling. Ohhpro Junction currently serves Bhubaneswar, Bangalore, and Pune, with plans to expand to more cities. Our mission is to make living in housing societies safe, secure, and digital.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Bhubaneswar. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and administration of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. Daily tasks will include maintaining employee records, coordinating HR activities, and providing support for recruitment and onboarding processes. The intern will also help in developing and executing HR strategies in line with company objectives.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
