Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Intern located in Noida. The role offers some flexibility for work from home. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. Daily tasks include supporting recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior internship or experience in Human Resources is a plus
• Currently pursuing or having a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

This will be a free internship without pay with 5 days working for 3-6 months. Also, a internship certificate will be provided.
