Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Noida. The Human Resources Intern will assist with HR Management, develop HR Policies, manage employee benefits, and handle personnel management tasks. Daily responsibilities will involve administrative support, coordination of HR activities, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous internship or experience in HR is a plus
