Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern at Rank Router. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, policies, employee benefits, and personnel management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with HR software is a plus
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
