Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern located in Kolkata. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks, including implementing HR policies, personnel management, and managing employee benefits. The intern will also support onboarding processes and contribute to various HR projects, ensuring smooth HR operations.

• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
